Randy is also proud to have received many awards for sales , and Business achievement. For the past 3 years Randy has been an instructor and guest speaker for Sales and Technical HVAC Courses throughout Canada and The United States. I started with Mr Furnace’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in 2007 as a Home Comfort Adviser. Since that time, I’ve assisted several hundred families with the design of their new home comfort system. In 2009 I began the next challenge of my career and accepted the roll of Sales Manager. I started my working career as a licensed Funeral Director, an industry where you only get one chance to get it right! I believe that is were my strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction was born. My name is Ken Reid, I have been in the Heating & air conditioning trade since October 1977. I have worked in the field doing both service and installations on both residential and commercial equipment. I have been the Installation and Operations manager since 1990.
