My wife and I do not hesitate to recommend One Hour to anyone shopping for heating and air conditioning services.After evaluating several heating and air conditioning providers in our area and then talking with friends whose opinions we regard, we chose One Hour to replace the furnace and air conditioning unit in our home.
In brief, we were provided with a professional assessment of our specific needs by Mr. Eric Stackowicz and given a comprehensive proposal the same day. We found Eric to be courteous and knowledgeable as well as patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. The subsequent installation process couldn’t have been a better experience with Eric’s one Hour colleagues arriving on time and performing the work that needed to be done in a proficient and least-obtrusive manner. The installers were pleasant and courteous taking care to be neat and cleaning after themselves throughout the installation process. We found them to be knowledgeable about the equipment and competent in every step of the installation.
In closing, we are extremely satisfied with the equipment and services and commendable warranties provided to us by One Hour thus far and we intend to continue our collaborative relationship relying on ONe Hour to meet all of our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
