I just wanted to let you all know what a great experience it has been working with everyone at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From my initial phone call, meetings with the Home Comfort Advisor and with the installation over the last two days, things have been so easy.Brian's efficiency and knowledge as well as his manner were an important part of our final decision to use One Hour. We appreciated the time he took with us and how quickly he got the ball rolling when we made a final decision.
Derek and Mark were hard working, extremely informative, happy and polite. They were punctual and were even okay with my 6 year old checking out what they were doing. They left my house cleaner than it was before they came, and walked me through all the necessary information for our new furnace and A/C. We greatly appreciate their work ethic.
Not to beleaguer the phrase, but, it has been a 'great experience' working with you! We will have no problems recommending One Hour to our friends and family.

We called for a furnace service 2 years ago and now pay for a monthly service silver plan. We just booked a service for a check up june 7 on our a/c unit due to the good service and are paying for the monthly plan, also to continue service on our a/c. Service is good.
